Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

What the platform is, how it works alongside your AI tools, and why it keeps you free of lock-in.

Works with your AI tools

How the platform fits alongside assistants like Claude, ChatGPT and Cowork.

Does this replace Claude, ChatGPT or Cowork?

No — they work together. Assistants like these are built to do the work: write code, draft, analyse. We’re the infrastructure around your AI. It’s bring-your-own-AI: connect your own account and keep using the tools you already like.

What we add is everything those tools don’t — deploy targets, identity, environments, compliance, an audit trail — consolidated so the work compounds. Use your AI to build; use the platform to make each build count.

What does the platform actually add on top of my AI?

Consolidation. On their own, AI tools do great one-off work, but every project re-creates the same scaffolding: infrastructure, pipelines, identity, environments, compliance. Redo that each time and you’re running to stand still.

We set those processes up once and reuse them, so each thing you build makes the next one faster — you grow while building instead of restarting. Build, Run, Manage.

Can I use my own AI account or provider?

Yes — it’s bring-your-own-AI. Bring your Claude, OpenAI or Cowork account and use it as you do today. If you’d rather not manage a provider, or you need EU-hosted inference, you can also point at models we run for you, including open-weight models on European infrastructure. Either way the choice stays yours.

Can AI agents actually deploy things here, not just chat?

Yes. Because agents run inside the platform, they can hold their own identity with scoped, bounded permissions — deploy to staging but not production, read one repository but not touch billing — and everything they do lands in an audit trail. So an agent can build and ship, not just advise, while you keep control and a clear record of who did what.

Lock-in

Why building here keeps your options open.

Am I locked into a single AI model?

No — it’s bring-your-own-AI, and the model is a swappable plane. Our gateway speaks both OpenAI and Anthropic dialects and fronts multiple providers, so you choose the model per task and change your mind later without rewriting anything. Bring your own Claude or OpenAI account, or point at EU-hosted open-weight models we run for you. The tools you use stay yours; we make sure the platform around them never ties your hands.

What happens to my workflows and data if I want to leave?

Because agents run as credentialed workloads in your own platform — your repositories, your CI, your deploy environments — your automation lives in infrastructure you own, versioned in git, not as config trapped in a vendor console. Your data stays in your data plane rather than being ingested into a vendor environment. The honest test to apply to any tool: if the vendor doubled its price or degraded its model tomorrow, what would it cost you to leave? With a closed product the answer is “everything.” Here it’s “swap a model endpoint.”

Sovereignty & compliance

European infrastructure, European law.

Where does my data live, and who can access it?

We run on European infrastructure (Scaleway, EU regions). Your data, your agents’ execution and your audit logs stay in the EU under European law. US assistant products route data and agent actions through US-controlled infrastructure that is subject to the US CLOUD Act and foreign-intelligence access, regardless of what a data-processing agreement says.

Can I run AI on European infrastructure too?

Yes. You can point agents at EU-hosted open-weight models such as GLM 5.2 or Qwen running on Scaleway in France, instead of sending every prompt to a US frontier lab. You can dial sovereignty up or down per workload — sensitive work on EU models, everything else on the best global model — rather than making an all-or-nothing bet. The open weights run on European infrastructure with no call-back to the model’s creators and no data used for training.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes, by default. You’re hosted on EU-owned infrastructure under European privacy law, with no US parent company and no Schrems II uncertainty. Because we own the identity, audit and billing services rather than renting a black box, we can show you where your data is, who touched it and under whose authority — the evidence a compliance review demands, on every release, not a promise.

The one-line version?

Bring your own AI to do the work; we give it a home you own — on European infrastructure, speaking whatever model you choose, with the infrastructure around it consolidated so each build compounds and your data never leaves a jurisdiction you trust.
